Return & Refund Policy

At Squirtle Squad Card Shop, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, items are highly sensitive to:

• Tampering
• Mishandling
• Environmental exposure
• Potential swapping or fraudulent returns

Once an item leaves our possession, we can no longer guarantee its original condition, authenticity, or integrity.

Condition Disclaimer

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. However, minor imperfections, print variations, or manufacturer defects may occur and are outside of our control.

Additionally, we are not responsible for:

• Damage caused during handling after delivery
• Wear and tear from use or storage
• Carrier-related delays or mishandling once shipped

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives significantly damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review each case individually.
