At Squirtle Squad Card Shop, we take pride in ensuring your order is packaged securely and handled with care from our hands to yours. AND FREE SHIPPING OVER 250$ FOR CANADA - USA 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Packaging & Protection

All items are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit. This includes:

  • Secure sleeves, top loaders, and/or protective materials for cards
  • Reinforced packaging to prevent bending or damage
  • Proper sealing to protect against environmental exposure

We handle every order with the same level of care we would expect as collectors.

Shipping & Insurance

Orders may include tracking and/or insurance depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Any shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable.

Final Sale Notice

All items are shipped as described and are covered under our no return / no refund policy. Once an item has been shipped, it is considered final sale.
