Welcome to Squirtle Squad Card Shop. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
All Sales Final
All products sold by Squirtle Squad Card Shop are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless stated otherwise in our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and will ship at a later release date.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors
- Delays may occur and are outside of our control
- Your order will ship once the product is received and processed
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any canceled pre-order
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the item has shipped
- Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation
This fee covers payment processing, allocation, and administrative costs.
Shipping & Handling
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Damage caused during shipping (claims must be made with the carrier)
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Product Condition
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles:
- Minor imperfections, print lines, or centering issues may occur
- Sealed products may contain manufacturer defects
- We do not guarantee grading outcomes for any card
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or resale manipulation.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
